Financial Policies for the 2010-2011 School Year

Application Fee (new students)  

There is a application fee of $50.00 due upon submission of application.  This fee is non-refundable.


Registration Fee (new students)

The registration fee of $100.00 is due upon acceptance.  This fee is non-refundable.


Book Fee

 The book fee of $200.00 is due on or before July 1st.   


 Down Payment

There is a down payment of $300.00 due by June 1st for returning students or prior to the start of school for new students.   

If your child is accepted into CCA, the deposit amount will be credited to the cost of tuition.


  Tuition

Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year will be $4,200.00 per child for all grades.

For families registering more than one child, a 10% discount will apply for each additional child.


  Payment Plan Options

Option #1 - If tuition and all fees are paid in full by August 1st, then you will receive a 5% discount off of the total amount of tuition.

Option #2 - Ten (10) payments due on or before the 1st of each month (August - May).


Late Payments   

Tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month.    

If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, your account will be charged a $25.00 late fee.


  Returned Checks

In the event of a check is returned to the school from the bank, we will notify you and ask you to pay a
$25.00 returned check fee. The replacement of the returned check must be in the form of cash, money
order or cashier's check.  In the event that the school receives several returned checks, the
administration reserves the right to ask that all future payments be made in cash.

School records, including report cards, will not be released until all account balances are paid in full.


Withdrawals

In the event that it becomes necessary to withdraw a student from the school during the school year,
please notify CCA in writing. Tuition payment for the month of withdrawal is due; however, any
payments made in advance of the month of withdrawal will be returned to you.

Permanent records will not be forwarded to another school until all financial requirements have been met.


  Referrals

Each family who successfully refers another family to CCA which results in admission of a new student will receive 10% discount off the amount of the down payment. 

The new family must notify the school of the family that referred them.
