Vicky Froelicher, Principal
After teaching at CCA for
two years, Vicky Froelicher was promoted to principal. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in education to our
school. She attained her B.A. in Psychology at Purdue University, her Elementary Education degree from Ball State University,
and currently is completing her Masters degree in Education. She has taught and directed accredited programs in Indianapolis,
Chicago, Sacramento, and Dallas. Vicky lives in Cambridge with her twins and husband, but visits her four adult children and
six grandchildren whenever possible. We look forward to a great year where we can see Vicky's passion for high quality, interactive
curriculum now influence the program school wide.

Amy
Insley, 1st Grade & Co-Founder
Amy Insley is the First Grade teacher
and a member of the School Board. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and has taken 15 credits toward her
Master's Degree. Amy taught 1st and 2nd grades for 3 years in Dorchester County Public Schools. When her daughter was born,
she decided to open her own pre-school which she operated out of her home for 2 years. When her son was born, she decided
to tutor students in her spare time. She has spent her mornings teaching 3 year olds at a local pre-school before starting
at CCA. She is entering her fifth year at CCA. Amy has presented a reading program to students at Salisbury
University and has tutored child actors on two different movie sets.

Andrea Kelly, 2nd Grade
& Co-Founder

Andrea Kelly is the 2nd grade teacher and a co-founder of the
school. She also sits on the School Board. She taught in the public school system for 7 years and was nominated to represent
her school for Teacher of the Year for Dorchester County two years in a row. She was also selected as Walmart's Teacher of
the Year. Andrea conducted staff development workshops, new teacher training, substitute teacher training and was the reading
facilitator for summer school. She has her Master's Degree as a reading specialist. When her son and daughter were born,
she spent 5 years as a stay at home mom with them and is entering her fifth year at CCA.
