Step One - Initial Application The order in which your completed application is received will determine your ranking on the list for testing and interview. The following completed items should be forwarded to the admissions office: 1. Family Application 2. Student Application 3. Application fee of $50 per child(non-refundable) 4. Immunization Record 5. Copy of Birth Certificate 6. Copy of Social Security Card 7. Copy of Transcript and/or Report Card from last school year completed, current report card and Standardized Test results 8. If your child has any special learning issues/needs, please provide a copy of all reports and testing. 9. Release of Record Form signed by parent	Step Three - Testing Your child will be scheduled for placement testing that is administered by CCA teachers. Once the tests have been processed, you will be notified as to whether Cambridge Christian Academy can meet the needs of your child.
Step Two - References The following reference forms should be returned to us by the individuals who have completed them: 1. Personal Reference Form - to be completed by a friend of your family 2. Teacher Reference Form - to be completed by the child's previous teacher 3. Pastor Reference Form	Step Four The final application step is a meeting between the new family and Cambridge Christian Academy personnel. The purpose of the meeting is to further familiarize you with Cambridge Christian Academy, to discuss with you the meaning of Christian education and to finalize the placement of your child at CCA. After this meeting, you will receive notification of the acceptance of your child to CCA in writing.
